At Foot Locker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 45 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in new and unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original shoebox is protected inside a shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
